Owner: Weyerhaeuser, Wisconsin
Sealed bids for Construction of Weyerhaeuser WWTF Upgrades will be received by Kris Snyder, Village Clerk, Weyerhaeuser Village Hall, N3723 2nd Street, P.O. Box 168, Weyerhaeuser, WI 54895 until _9:00 am May 2, 2019 and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
MAJOR ITEMS OF BID
Line sanitary sewer collection manholes
 6” PVC force main
Replace inter cell piping and control structures
Raise the existing berms 1’
 Construct two new treatment cells
 45 mil reinforced polypropylene liners
8” PVC piping between Cell #3 to Cell #4
 Flow control valves
Chemical metering manhole
 Chemical injection system, chemical storage tanks and containment basin
 Effluent meter manhole

The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Letting is subject to Section 62.15 and Section 66.0901 Wisconsin Statutes.

Each bidder must deposit with his/her bid, an amount to secure the bid and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders.  The Contract shall be subject to Section 66.0903 of the Wisconsin Statutes pertaining to municipal wage scales and Federal Davis-Bacon wage rates. USDA Rural Development Bulletin 1780-35 pertaining to the use of “American Iron and Steel” must be met. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under contract, Section 3, Segregated Facility, Section 109 and E.O. 11246. Goals for women are 6.9% and 0.6% for minority participation.

We encourage Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs), including Minority Business Enterprises (MBEs) and Women Business Enterprises (WBEs), to submit bid proposals.  This project is being funded in part by a WI DOA Community Development Block Grant for Public Facilities (CDBG-PF) and a USDA RD funds.  No bidder may withdraw his/her bid within 60 days after the actual day of the opening thereof.

Sawyer County, Wisconsin

Sealed bids for the Tiger Cat Dam Rehabilitation project will be received by the Sawyer County Zoning and Conservation Department until 9:30 a.m., April 26, 2019 at the Sawyer County Zoning Conference Room at 10610 Main Street, Sawyer County Courthouse, Hayward, WI, 54843 and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.

Sawyer County reserves the right to waive any informalities in the preparation of a bid and to reject any or all bids.  No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the scheduled time of bid opening.

The County encourages Woman Business Enterprises (WBE), Minority Business Enterprises (MBE) and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE’s) to submit bid proposals. This project is being funded in part by the WI DNR Municipal Dam Grant Program.
