Morgan & Parmley, Ltd. is a full service engineering firm with a small staff of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors. 

Our staff of Professional Engineers has engineering experience ranging from ten years to fifty years. 

The professional staff is also assisted by our support team. In addition to the professional licenses, some are licensed as a Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator, a Certified Soil Tester, a Certified Concrete Tester, and a Certified Bridge Inspector.
